Equal Pay for Equal Work Act
Or really the "Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act"
This actually seems to be pretty legit, you can read the full text here http://frwebgate.access.gpo.gov/cgi-bin/getdoc.cgi?dbname=110_cong_bills..., but basically it says that each paycheck is an act of discrimination and you don't lose your right to sue for compensation after 180 days of accepting the wage. It used to be that it was only one act of discrimination, and you had six months to sue, then you couldn't sue for back pay. Now, you can sue for up to two years of back pay.
